Beschreibung
You will be put through a series of sprinting drills that will lead to an assessment of your mechanics. You will be given a verbal appraisal of areas that will improve your sprinting technique and the training required to achieve your goals. At end I will be able to give you a clear pathway to improve your speed. What to bring: Flat running shoes/sneaker’s as well as sprinting spikes or football boots if track or grass sports is your chosen field and water.




Umbuchung & Kündigung
Cancellations & reschedule accepted up to 24hrs before session at 0% charge fee. If cancellation or reschedule is after 24hrs a 20% fee will be charged & or session cancelled. (Online programs ) Once the program package has been received, the program is non-refundable.
